1. Configuration of the SAP Financials , SAP Cost Controlling , or SAP Material Management system
2. Support BJC Business Analysts with design, development and solution management.
3. Lead or participate in requirement sessions by defining and writing specifications, including: configuration, user exit, custom program, report and SAPSCRIPT.
4. Gather Functional/Business requirements from users & sponsors.
5. Author & communicate business process design (BPD), business systems design (BSD) and system test plans.
6. Schedule & perform BSD walk-through with development team.
7. Execute test plans for functional unit tests, regression tests and system integration tests.
8. Map existing legacy processes into SAP processes.
9. Identify gaps in business process mappings.
10. Present, discuss and demo SAP Best Practices.
11. Support the development team members during detailed design & coding phase.
12. Work with Quality Assurance team to conduct functional testing of implemented applications.
13. Provide support of SAP applications when moved to production.
14. Adhere to team and departmental development standards.
15. Demonstrate a logical and structured approach to time management and task prioritization.
16. Demonstrate a high level of communication skills, verbal and written.
17. Mentoring less experienced team members on SAP configuration concepts and tool suite.
18. Participate in team activities and team planning in regards to improving team skills, awareness and quality of work.
19. Must be available to work nights and weekends, and perform on-call support as scheduled and as needed.

1. 2-3 years experience configuring and supporting SAP in a professional environment on SAP ERP 6.0. 2. Strong knowledge of related business and implementation processes with SAP Finance (FICO) 3. Experience with supply chain management or sales and distribution. 4. Experience with at least 1 full life-cycle implementation project. 5. Strong understanding of integration between SAP modules and non-SAP systems. 6. Ability to be proactive and can assume full responsibility of module development activities. 7. Self-motivated, Flexible, Openness to learn new things, Strong focus on customer needs. 8. Must have the ability to work with limited supervision and exhibit a strong sense of urgency. 9. Collaborate with analysts, designers, and system owners to implement SAP system installation, modification and enhancements. 10. Ability to effectively mentor less experienced team members on SAP configuration techniques. 11. Experience in successful project implementation and follow-up. 12. Strong conceptual, analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting and resolution skills. 13. Ability to monitor and manage the progress of tasks. 14. Good understanding of corporate IT policies, procedures and standards. 15. Good Decision making skills.
