Responsibilities: Prepare the right application formulation to suit with customers need. Prepare the reactive work by providing total solution concept to customer. Develop and formulate current and new product with monthly project initiatives. Cooperate with all departments in order to support the application works. Cooperate with all key principals technical team regarding key products promotion training. Reinforce and update technical knowledge to sales team by conducting relevant training program. Communicate business opportunities to customers, suppliers and staff Be a liaison with suppliers innovation and technical support. Support, train sales, plan and implement proactive procedures and systems to alleviate technical problems. Provide necessary presentation covering feature and benefit of product. Initiate new idea or concept based on market trend
Qualification:
Male/Female, age 25-35 years old Bachelor Degree in food Science or related field 2-3 years of experience in R&D Good technical knowledge with R&D Skills Proactive and Initiative Good team player and fast learner Good decision making and problem solving skills Good communication and interpersonal skills
