Assist in product and trends research, development, testing and commercialization of product formulations to meet or exceed flavor and quality standards, cost parameters, consumer expectations and objectives.
Manage and maintain product formulations and recipes for accuracy to assure quality, consistency and ingredient cost.
Assist in regular product tasting panels and presentations to showcase products to internal departments and others as needed.
Liaise with Supply Chain to source new ingredients and products and obtain relevant information for evaluation on a timely manner.
Manage and maintain a clean, stocked and organized R&D kitchen at all times.
Participate in developing and reviewing ingredient and finished goods specifications including but not limited to nutritional, ingredient and allergen declarations, labeling requirements, quality assurance procedures and good manufacturing practices.
Liaise with product experts on product development and best in class delivery of products at store level.
Keep abreast of current food regulations to assure compliance with food safety and labeling rules.

Open to any nationalities, Lao or Thai language skills is an advantage Bachelors degree in Food Technology, or related fields 3-5 years of experience in the food industry field; experience with formula developing coffee, tea, beverages or food products a must. A candidate who live in Ubon Ratchathani or Northeastern is a plus Strong interpersonal and analytical skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint are essential. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Demonstrated ability to work in an accurate and organized manner. Strong project management with ability to multi-task. Self-starter with ability to work independently when needed. Results-driven. Must be able to take on challenges and aim for results. Proactive with a real go-getter attitude. An energetic, happy person with a positive attitude
