:
- Manage site on sales and distribution of oil & gas lubricant.
- Manage sales promotion and merchandising in the area.
- Prevent and control loss of stock/cash at the sites.
- Ensure stock reconciliation is properly carried out at least on monthly basis.
- Ensure oil & gas standard of safety, ethics and quality are applied.
- Responsible for cooperation with the local customers to align the collection within the criteria set by HQ
- Optimize fleet utilization and sale forces.
- Providing a service in accordance with customer service agreements and in accordance with the policies, procedures and systems, as laid down and amended by the company from time to time.
- Ensures that all applicable internal company operational, financial, personnel and administrative standards, policies, procedures, ,instructions and orders are carried out documented and implemented on a timely basis, updated regularly, monitored, effectively managed, supervised and communicated to all applicable operational staff accordingly.
- Responsible for supporting sales force efficiency and effectiveness at the region
- Managing the business of the Branch profitably, efficiently and cost effectively, by maximizing the use of existing resources and improving business practices through developing/implementing new agreed techniques and ideas.

- Male/ Female, Age not over 40 years old - Bachelor Degree or Higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or any field - Good Management and Interpersonal and communication skill, problem solving and leadership skills - Proficiency in Computer Programs, Microsoft Office - Experience in Sales team lead at least 1 year - Self-motivated and adaptable
