To execute demand and fulfillment strategies using sales forecasts, inventory reports, financial analysis and other sources in order to achieve the optimum balance between sales demand and order fulfillment
To coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Store Operation in obtaining historical sales trends, demand drivers, promotional activities and market trends to ensure an accurate information being used for demand forecasts, stock allocation and replenishment
To identify constraints, demand shortfalls, and opportunities for higher sales volume
Evaluate New Product introductions by analyzing targeted distribution and sell through versus actual. Identify opportunities and risks and collaborate with Sales and Supply Planning to make adjustments to demand plans.
Identify and develop new ideas and lead projects that improve the overall supply chain processes and work to align those with the best practices in the industry.
Create and maintain SKUs level demand plans for replenishment styles in assigned areas. Manage intro, exit, and maintenance strategies for replenishment product.
Analyze store level information to maximize sales potential as well as research and address any store concerns. Identify replenishment opportunities and liabilities and strategically react to these changes in business trends
Monitor replenishment POs and ensure timely receipt of goods.

o Bachelors Degree/Master Degree in Business/Economics, applied science or Supply Chain Management o Min 3-5 Years working experience in Planning or supply chain management o Proven track record of success in similar role o Min 2 years experiences in Retail business / telecommunication or Electronics Experience with integrated business applications is a plus o Good presentation skills both in verbal and written format o High interpersonal and coordinating skills o Self-starter and fast learner o Strong analytical skills , strategic thinking and process understanding o Excellent command of Microsoft office esp. Excel and Powerpoint o Fluent English Written and spoken
