- Engage new business partner to company.
- Assist existing partners in co-designing business development strategies to acquire business projects or partnership opportunity.
- Design business strategies and high level process that are necessities to enable the newly engaged business or channels.
- Work with product development and back office departments team on new campaign initiative.
- Design/Enhance marketing plans with Business Alliance to fit various segments of their customers.
- Propose new products or campaigns to Business Alliance with feasible business plan.
- Prepare campaign strategies, timeline, marketing collateral and budget.
- Prepare campaign launch plan and ensure all actions have been taken in launching the campaign.

- Insurance background at least for 2 years. - Direct Marketing experience is advantage. - Experience in business development at least for 5 years. - Good communication skill in native language and English. - Presentation to large audience. - High level of interpersonal skills. - Computer literate, especially power point presentation and excel.
