Job Responsibilities:
- initiate business strategy in expanding business (Life insurance) with new clients and channels as well as to cross-sell with existing clients
- Able to prepare budget and conduct business analysis
- Plan and implement detail marketing strategy and activities to increase sales volume
- Be a project owner for new product development by working closely with OIC and partners
- Recruit and structure sales team to achieve the target e.g. Telesales, Leasing and Dealer

Qualifications: Min Bachelor's degree in any fields Thai nationality, age not over 40 years old. At least 5 years experience in Marketing, Business Development Management or any related fields Min 2 years experienced in bancassurance or life insurance with Active Life insurance license at least 1 year Sales Driven and result-oriented Good motivation and negotiation skills Hands on, Initiative and love challenges Excellent communication in English Good at Computer literacy especially in Power point and excel Able to travel upcountry occasionally
