Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve goals in the assigned sector
Apply business strategy into detail action plan on each specific segment/ account
Work closely with marketing function in identifying promotional opportunities align with market trends, competition and customer needs
Retain high-impact accounts as Key Account manager as well as to expand new business opportunities through networking events
Regularly monitor, motivate and support sales team including provide coaching if necessary, in achieving sales target
Provide day to day support, resolve any raise issues on ongoing business to sales team

Qualification Bachelors degree in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field. Min 5 years of experience in sales management in hospitality industry, exhibition management, event management or related field Min 2 years in management level Proficient in operating Microsoft Excel, Power Point Results Orientation, Problem Solving, Decision Making, Planning and Organizing Motivational & Inspirational Leadership Building Relationship and Trust Communication & Negotiation Skills
