Initiate and execute marketing strategies end-to-end for effective communication and continuously improve customers satisfaction both mass and prestige customers to maximize the engagement of each activity launched
Ensure marketing budget allocating into right campaign and monitor campaigns result to reach target KPI
Work closely with other related department to create and develop Prestige Services e.g. Prestige Birthday, Get Well Soon Gift, Health Care Package etc.
Analyse campaigns for effectiveness, identify problems with recommended solution/action to continuously improve sales performance based on industry benchmarks.
Acquire new business partners to add on the benefits and to give the positive position toward the brand
Analyse market and plan for channel development e.g. to plan for appropriate Trade show or Roadshow and Brand management to create good image of company to appear to all visitors
Able to prepare and convert data into appropriate analysis for tracking and business review with management Work closely with Marketing Director to synchronize among emerging markets in order to achieve lead conversions.
Responsible for content in customer magazines both physical magazine, e-magazines and other communications i.e. Electronics direct mails.

Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication or related disciplines At least 5 years in Marketing and Customer Experience Management both mass and prestige preferably in Retail industry Strong networking with media press, organizer preferably certain amount of business partners Good knowledge in trend of customer behavior and how to deliver service / activity beyond expectation Strong analytical, creativity, goal oriented, accountability and well adapted to change Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and tracking tool Good Communication & Interpersonal skills Ability to work with limited budget and tight timeline Fluent in English for both speaking and writing
