Analyze web traffic using clickstream tools such as Google Analytics and produce sales and user behavior reports periodically using BI tools such as Tableau
Create holistic dashboards by pulling data from different data sources and websites for presentations to senior management team/external partners
Maintain standard data definition and dictionary to ensure consistency and robustness in tracking and reporting processes
Construct analytical datamart using data management tools such as SAS and SQL and automate the reporting processes so to improve work efficiency and reduce the man-made mistakes
Collaborate with external partners such as Agencies to assist with data collection and reporting
Derive insights from the data to suggest, create and execute multivariate or a/b/c tests that drive improvements to the campaigns and website experience
Working closely with the regional analytics team, develop and implement statistical models and other analytic tools that help improve the campaign performance
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
Bachelor degree or above in Statistics, Computer Science, Quantitative Marketing, Economics, or other quantitative disciplines Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics / BI tools such as Excel and Tableau/experience with SQL programming Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to generate accurate reports and derive insights from the data Excel-VBA, asp.net (a plus) Must have direct experiences in using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (SPSS, SAS, KXEN, R etc.) (must be 2 out of 4) Strong interpersonal and communication skills both Thai and English Attention to detail and hard working
