Technical CCM support We need an enthusiastic individual who is fluent in Thai and English, proficient in HTML, MS SQL & Javascript. Has previous experience of using email/SMS/social marketing software. Responsible For: Account Management Building, testing and deploying multi channels marketing campaigns (email/SMS/social marketing software.) Able to setup automated campaigns and complex forms Manage project thoroughly in timely manner and within budget. Able to develop a custom script to meet the clients need.
The ideal candidate will have: Knowledge and experience in Email Marketing Fluency in Thai and English Proficiency in JavaScript and SQL Proficiency with HTML Exposure to Microsoft Excel for managing data and performing quantitative analysis Exposure to databases and query tools like MS SQL and Microsoft Access Strong oral and written communication skills Web or graphics design experience (ie. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Fireworks) is a plus
Key Result Areas MANAGE CUSTOM PROJECTS 30% Setup automated programs, data automation, triggered campaigns and setup complex forms. Is familiar with Event Exports and API to assist clients and/or 3rd party vendors Develop custom scripts to meet the clients need. Manage projects thoroughly within timeframes and within budget. Should highlight direct report line and team members beforehand if project is not moving as suggested. Account Management TROUBLESHOOT 20% Able to understand the application thoroughly to be able to troubleshoot Work with Account Manager to understand the issue and help find workaround Alias with Tech for bugs. Update team members on ongoing ticket PROVIDE ONGOING SUPPORT 10% Interact with clients on a daily basis to answer questions regarding the multi channels marketing platform via phone, email, web Resolve client issues, proposing solutions and escalating to the appropriate person to the point of resolution SETUP 20% Understand technical requirements and design/execute campaign by coding HTML emails, and utilizing image slices provided by client; Manage our clients' subscriber databases, including creating and updating their lists and segmenting data for targeted multi-channels campaigns; Provide correct segmentation logic to target correct audience. Able to setup add-on solution to multi-channels platform, including 3rd party add on. TEST & EXECUTE 10% Conduct thorough internal testing to ensure that images have been loaded properly, links are working, email can be accessed across multiple browsers; Provide test email to client to enable testing on client site; Work with client to overcome any identified issues, and obtain approval for deployment from client; Deploy campaigns on multi-channels platform INTERPRET RESULTS OF CAMPAIGN 10% Analyze data and provide a weekly report to the client which interprets results of multi-channels campaigns Come up with strategies to help clients build and improve marketing campaigns Able to interpret reporting from add-on solution to multi-channels platform including 3rd party add on
