:
- Performing in a combination of transport / shipping / insurance / freight / forwarding / FTA and other tax refund regulation.
- Ensure accountable, timely and cost-effective release of Logistic jobs.
- Interact with third party logistics service providers.
- Audit freight cost and documentation.
- Ability to prepare service for all the customer with shorten lead time and present logistics support to ongoing land, air and other operations.
- Maintain communication with warehouse leader to ensure proper working order / Ensure accuracy of all inventories.
- Coordinate and keeps close contacts logistics activities related to procurement, costing , shipping, planning, customer service.
- Create packing lists and update shipment information in database.
- Ensure that the warehouse has sufficient space for finished goods deliveries / Ensure that all items are properly numbered and tagged.
- Develop logistical plans for current operations and logistics contingency plans / Understand the rules of origin, tariff code and other export import agreement.
- Manage warehouse security related work such as preparing badges, passes and identification cards.
