Growing Revenue
- Create strategic business plan, as well as setting up KPI and production targets within 3-5 years horizon.
- Manage regional Salesforce and provide directions in terms of maximizing business opportunities and creating robust pipeline across the region.
- Give insights on the new sales opportunity based on the real time data gathered from digital sales platform.
- Maintain and develop relationships with key customers and initiate new business opportunity by through partnerships (B2B)
- Provide feedback to product development team on new request from customers, e.g. new products, services or features in our web/mobile apps
Operational
- Managing all operational processes and sales directed activity is consistent across the Company and that resources are optimised for maximum effectiveness on direct or indirect team members
People Management
- Collaborate with other Head of, across the Sales and Distribution Leadership team to ensure adequate training and resources are provided within the Customer Service Centre, network and other specialist channels to service customers utilizing these services

1. Professional / Academic Qualification (minimum qualification required) - Professional / Academic Qualification Possess bachelor's degree/MBA
2. Work Experience (years of related working experience required) - 10-15 years of experience in senior sales management position, preferably with technology startup background
3. Knowledge & Skills (Skills needed to handle the job environment) - Have good knowledge on digital insurance and telesales process, prior experience in SME (Small Medium Enterprise) and community channels preferred. - Well-connected across financial, retail or technology sectors. - Highly motivated, KPI driven and team oriented. - Have the ability to train sales forces - Strong business acumen and business development capability
