To initiate marketing strategy and promotion with assigned vendors/ brands
To coordinate and retain relationship with both existing and new vendors/brands
To ensure of best business deal and marketing promotion being offered by vendor
To ensure a smooth operation and execution of vendor, this includes provide coaching to vendor for uploading products in Web or creating ads on page and how to use Vendor portal?
To monitor assigned brands performance and push for sales growth
Understand P/L, fixed costs for each online transaction and can follow through with negotiations in vendor meetings
To attend meetings internally cross departments (merchandising & marketing) and attend vendor meetings follow up on changes and resolves order issues as a liaison between multiple departments
To solve problems at-hand on a daily basis
To work closely with vendors and retain vendors satisfaction by handling vendor complaints and assisting in handling daily communications and correspondence and escalate issues to appropriate personnel on operational activities, issues resolution, process implementation and performance improvement

Job Qualification
Bachelor degree or equivalent Female with age not over 30 years old At least 1-2 years experience in account management preferably in E-Commerce business Good command of English and Thai Strong problem solving skills with customer service focus Can-Do attitude, flexible and able to learn new materials. Strong interpersonal and cooperate with all levels Have high passion with beauty and health Calm under pressure Attention to detail and exemplary organizational skills Positive attitude and professional demeanor, ability to communicate effectively at any Level Computer literate and proficient in MS Excel (the better the Excel, the easier the transition)
