:
1. Responsible for the sales and marketing for driving business revenue performance and development of the new Business opportunity.
2. Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects and LSA Management (Create contract proposal in proper solutions for business)
3. To drive volume and revenue growth to meet or exceed agreed targets of department and to achieve revenue target
4. Conducts one-on-one review with all BD subordinate to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of BD team sales and activity performance.
5. Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFQ responses

Thai Nationality, Male or Female BA or Master in MBA ( Sales and Marketing ,Logistics or Related business filed At Least 3 years in Sales and Marketing in the Warehouses, Distribution, E-Commerce business Highly responsible and ability to take ownership of tasks assigned Time management, prioritization and organization skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to be an effective team player Fluency in written and oral communication (English and Thai) Work at Leamchabang Chonburi
