- initiate business strategy in expanding business (Motor insurance) with new clients and channels as well as to cross-sell with existing clients
- Able to prepare budget and conduct business analysis
- Plan and implement detail marketing strategy and activities to increase sales volume
- Familiar in expanding business and sales in Dealer channels
- Be a project owner for new product development by working closely with OIC and partners

Qualifications:
Min Bachelor's degree in any fields Thai nationality, age between 40-45 years old. At least 10 years experience in Marketing, Business Development Management or any related fields Min 5 years experienced in Motor insurance with direct experiences in Dealer Channel Preferably Active Non-Life insurance license Sales Driven and result-oriented Strategic thinking and Problem solving Good motivation and negotiation skills Hands on, Initiative and love challenges Excellent communication in English Good at Computer literacy especially in Power point and excel Able to travel upcountry occasionally
