:
- To identify and source for any event related information
- Coordinate with all concerned departments, seniors and vendors to prepare a smooth and efficient
event organization.
- Able to provide on-site support for assigned event and solve any unexpected problems in a professional
way with effective solutions.
- Communicate with guests, other employees, or departments to ensure guest needs are met.
- Set up banquet area/room, ensuring cleanliness and proper set up of furniture/ equipment.
- Inspect and maintain table set-ups for cleanliness, neatness and agreement with group requirements
and company standards, and resolve any problems.
- Respond to and try to fulfill any special banquet event arrangements.
- Able to present a positive image of the organization.
- Provide all related documentation and administrative support for event service functions.
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating
and coaching employees.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common
goals.
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems,
safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications.
- Undertake any ad hoc related duties as assigned

- Age not over 30 years - Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management or related field - Min 2 years experience in hotelsales and event management - Strong interpersonal and coordination skills - Hands on and multitasking - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Good command of spoken and written English - Fair command of MS Office and Hotel program
