- Analysis and report planning related subjects and provide recommendation to top management.
- Monitoring the results of functional plan with solid recommendations to ensure that it is successfully completed
- Monitor and control staff on following up consent working process before deadline.
- Monitor and Control plan to be effectiveness and related to sales forecast with cost reasonable.
- Monitor and continuously improve planning jobs
- Coordinate to all departments and prompt to be a leader for solving the problem.
- Prepare reports based on board requirement.
- Initiate and purpose projects to support for future development.
- Supervises requirements planning for unit, project or organization.
- Manage Marketing Communication related subject and coordinate with other sisters' companies regarding Marketing Communication matter.
- Facilitate and provide data to prepare all sales information for example Sales progress, Potential customer, etc.
- Facilitate the ad hoc analysis tasks from executive members.
- Prepare Management report for Board Management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
- At least Bachelor's Degree in any related field. - Age between 35-38 years old. - At least 5-years working experience Planning field. - Understand business strategy and develop plan to align with business direction to support of facilitate company growth. - Have Knowledge in Accounting details. - Good attitude in problem solving. - Good interpersonal relationship and communication skills. - Mature, high responsible, result-oriented, subordinate and be able work under pressure. - Having strong leadership and used to control team at least 15 persons. - Good communication in English.
