- Initiate marketing and referral strategies and ensure successfully execution to build community as a form of consumer engagement
- Expand business network through building sales team and implement relevant sales activities to achieve sales target
- Responsible for E2E process including recruitment of CRs, compensation and any digital platforms empowering CR team and CRs themselves
- Closely monitor sales teams' performances and ensuring of standard services and sales target are met
- Ensure all raised problems being solved by coordinating all related party
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
- Minimum Vocational study in any field - Have direct 3 years' experience in Multi-Level Marketing business, preferably Health and Beauty - At least 2 years experienced in insurance business, preferably Life, Health products - Strong sales skills with proved record in managing sales team - Strong people management and training and development - Good communication and problem solving skills - Able to work under pressure and tight deadline - Strategic thinking - Hands on and multitasking
