Responsible for Bancassurance business development with business partner through bank channels assigned.
Accountable for sales figures and take necessary action plan in order to achieve business target assigned.
To provide coaching, marketing support and service to bank channels assigned.
Ensure bank channels well informed and followed the sales process guidelines.
Competent and understand the market trend on business products.
Conduct branch visits and provide training to staff and new recruits.
Work closely and engage with bank channels by updating sales performance.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
Male or female with age between 23 40 years old. Bachelors Degree in business related field or equivalent. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field and preferably with sales experience in insurance or financial institution. Good interpersonal skills and communication skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure. Possess own vehicle and willing to travel.
