Develop core ecommerce platform for selling insurance products to achieve target as project planning.
Responsible for planning, executing and evaluating projects according to predetermine timelines and budgets.
Manage IT development project from initial to closure.
Work with project sponsor and stakeholders to complete project charter, scope, goals, deliverable, resources, budget and timing.
Provide project schedule and work breakdown structure and effort required for each task.
Resolve any issue and solve problem throughout project management life cycle.
Track and report on project milestone and report to project sponsor.
Lead coach and motivate project team member in proactive basis.

Age not over 40 years old Bachelors/ masters degree in IT, Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field. 5-10 years of varied overall IT and business/industry work experience. 5 years or more experience in running large scale projects using Familiarity with insurance industry is a plus but not required Previous position as team lead or senior software developer is a plus but not required Excellent communication (both oral and written) in English. Strong project management skills and able to apply both business and technical insights to the project assignment. Provide project schedule and work breakdown structure and effort required for each task. Ability to communicate business needs to technical people and to communicate simplify complex technical information for non-technical people. Work with project sponsor and stakeholders to complete project charter, scope, goals, deliverable, resources, budget and timing.
