Job Summary:
Managing and improving customer service standards and services quality. This role will manage the day to day provision of quality removals services and contributing to the achievement of meeting and exceeding customer expectations, reducing claims and reducing the incidence of customer complaints for the whole business functional (Sea, Land), Transportation. Must have the experiences in Shipping Line, Depot and Port Line and also customer services mind experience.

Qualifications: Male/Female, Thai Nationality Age not over 40 years old or can accept a bit over of 40 years old. Master or Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Related Field. Minimum of 5 years customer service leadership experience (Including experience working with sales Teams and Supporting Sales Initiatives. Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills. Excellent time management and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills (Both Thai & English)
