Job Description
Responsible for P&L
Setting up financial goals and business directions
Planning management system & sales plan
Motivating Subordinates to stick to the goal and implementation according to plan with passion
Track & monitor subordinates according to KPI which related to companys goal
Ensure effective and successful event management Coordinate with Digital Marketing Team and sales team
Report the analysis of situation to CEO & CMO
Cooperate with international partners for the win-win partnership for business

Requirements Been Experiencing in set up and manage system for SME business size or start up size Looking for challenge Sales & Marketing Passionate Never Give up Mindset At least 5-8 years of experience in Education & Training Industry preferably in mid to senior management level Have accountability for P&L and operations in previous job Possess good business/financial acumen Positive vision and passionate in develop education system in Thailand Proven track record of management skills Good PR and communications skills Good networking skills Possess strong leadership skills Possess strong negotiation and influencing skills. Strong in English Communication Service mind
