:
To perform product selection, sampling, development, bulk production until shipment complete
Collaborate with mills, factory, suppliers to negotiate price, quantity and time scales
Review and work closely with suppliers to ensure that bulk production is based on given prototype and or specifications
Source and research use of various fabrics which are required for production in accordance with the brands direction
Follow up closely on production and deliveries to ensure quantity, quality, and shipment timelines are met
Communicate information to all related parties using the appropriate communication method
Provide guidance to merchandise team / related parties to ensure standard way of work and alignment with company and brands direction.Lead and coach merchandise team on product development to bulk production and process improvement with alignment to brands requirement

Job requirements :
Bachelor Degree in Fashion, Textile, Business or related filed Preferred at least 5 years experience in retail industry, fashion, garment business or related field Solid experience in garment product development and bulk production Possess technical knowledge of denim products is preferred Strong garments sourcing network Strong negotiation skills Able to check fit and size, conduct final quality inspection if needed Good command of English/Thai both spoken and written Team working / Problem solving/ Communication/ Interpersonal leadership skills Responsible, well organized, detail oriented, self-motivated Able to cope with pressure. Enjoy working in dynamic environment Passionate about denim products is preferred Resourceful, problem solving and self-driven with can do attitude
