Creates inventory plans by brand/department/range down to SKU
Manages inventory level on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/pre-in-post Season basis to ensure that the sales, inventory and receipt plans are being met
Ensure new launches are included in the Merchandise Plan down to Capacity Plan
Works with the Merchandising Team to create buy plans and to recommend the appropriate purchase quantities which support receipt plan sales based on historical sales
Provide in - depth analysis and proactively strategic recommendations which drive results and deliver sales and margin opportunities
Reviews and identifies best sellers down to SKU - attributes level and communicates all related re-order and flow needs to the Merchandising/Brand Management Team to maximize volume on a weekly basis
Identifies slow moving items and recommends the appropriate markdown and/or exit strategy in order to profitably liquidate
Analysis of department/brand and channel performance due or linked to promotions, marketing events, launches, calendar shifts
Ensure to meet the required stock level of new and best selling items in both Warehouse and store in any given time
People
Communicate information to all related parties using the appropriate communication method
Provide guidance to merchandising planner to ensure the desired distribution strategy per store is implemented
Perform other tasks per assigned

Bachelors Degree in Business, Supply chain, or related filed Preferred at least 3-5 years experience in retail industry, fashion business, and or supply chain related function Must have a mathematical ability Advanced knowledge in MS Excel skills and has an exceptional analytical and numerical skills (experience in writing formulas) Good command of both spoken and written English Good communication and interpersonal skills Detail oriented
