● You will help manage, direct and coordinate Administration needs, general affairs, office supplies and Facilities. ● You will support Annual business planning and HR tasks. ● You will handle executive talent management -talent review, succession planning, movement, capability development. ● You will help integrate Department and HR service team plan and work to execute plans. ● You will ensure area/ site compliance with HR policies, local workforce laws and regulations. ● You will support compensation and payroll administration including annual merit and incentive cycles, performance appraisals, and benefit inquiries
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
● You have bachelor Degree or Higher in HR Management or related fields ● You have minimum 4 years of experience in HR and admin area. ● You have strong commercial mind-set and proactive person. ● You have good command in English or confidence enough to talk to foreigner
