Businesswise Co., Ltd. is a Business Consultant and Human Resources Consultant. One of our client, a large well known group of company in Logistics & Transportation is seeking high caliber candidates for Bangkok for a Company Secretary [133] as below:
Thai, male or female, Age 32 - 45 years old. Bachelors / Masters Degree in Business Adminstration / Accounting / Finance / Law / Legal fields / or related fields from a reputable university. MBA or oversea graduate is a big plus. At least 7 years experience as Corporate Secretary in multinational organization. Exprince in Stock Listed compay, Banking, Financial Institution business is a big plus. Experience in SET public listed company is also an advantage. Strong experience & knowledge of legal, law, contract, SET regulation, compliance, company secretary, board secretary. Excellent command of English and computer literacy. Independent, results-oriented, possesses good team and communication skills and works well in a high-pressure environment Strong analytical skills, a team player who is hardworking, a self-starter, and able to deal with at all levels. Present salary should not less than 60,000 baht/month
