Follow up, research, resolve and handle all inquiries, difficult customer and complaints on a timely and accurate basis and avoid having to refer to higher authorities.
Coordinate with the relevant parties to ensure all of customer cases achieving.
Maintain a quick reference guide to ensure that all updated information is on hand, without having to leave the desk to look for information.
Report daily on the number of input and output transactions, other actions taken or to be taken.

Bachelor Degree in business or related field Minimum 2 year working experience in Call Centre Efficient in English communications (Speaking, Writing and Reading) with TOEIC score above 500 Good computer skills and abilities: MS Office and MS Outlook.
