- Specialize in multi-platform database environment including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle Database Server
- Experience in mix network equipment environment including router, switch, firewall, VPN, Load Balance, Wireless controller, etc.
- Experience in multi-platform server environment including Windows Server, Red hat Linux and VMWare.
- Familiar in IT best practice (ITIL) and project management methodology (PMP)
- Troubleshooting the issues of those server and network and sometime between infra and applications, identify the root causes and initiate the problem solving methods.
- Support the user when they found the issue using IT Infrastructure. Recommend the proper recommendation way or method to completed request to deliver to users within
timeline.
- Working closely with the IT Team to complete the IT service requested and ensure aligned standard
- Be the technical leader or project member of the assigned project that support the business in the region. Able to design and propose the complex IT Infrastructure solution
to support those projects.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information System, Information Technology or other related fields. - At least 5 years experience in managing the complex IT Infrastructure for the multi-national companies - Specialize in multi-platform database environment including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle Database Server - Experience in mix network equipment environment including router, switch, firewall, VPN, Load Balance, Wireless controller, etc. - Experience in multi-platform server environment including Windows Server, Red hat Linux and VMWare. - Familiar in IT best practice (ITIL) and project management methodology (PMP) - Troubleshooting the issues of those server and network and sometime between infra and applications, identify the root causes and initiate the problem solving methods. - Good Analytic and Problem Solving skills - Good Communication skills - Basic Presentation skills - Service Mind - Able to Travel Upcountry
