- Setting and planning project management policy and participate in setting company goal and strategy - Planning long term corporate plan and yearly action to corporate with companys strategy and direction - Closely work with marketing, business development, and engineering team in order to have appropriate marketing and business plan, accurate budget and construction plan - Monitoring constructing process and update stage of construction to board of management - Ensuring all constructions are in Ready-to-Sell conditions to support sales achievement - Managing and monitoring budget and costing of each project to be efficient depend on action plan - Consulting and mentoring all related party to ensuring of smooth and successfully project launch - Solving all related issues and problems in most effective way - Coaching and providing appropriate training to sales team in achieving sales target
Qualifications:
- Aged over 35 years old with min 3 years in management level - Masters Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Real estate, Architecture, Marketing, and related field - Minimum 10 years experienced in sales and marketing with proved sales record in selling luxury product - At least 5 years working experience of marketing in real estate developer or other related business especially in managing low-rise - Dynamic, Hands-on, leadership personality - Able to work under pressure, initiative and strong analytical skill - Very good personality with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills - Fluency in English communication, both written and spoken - Ability to work in flexible hours
