Job Description: Able to translate requirement of Ecommerce application in multi-platform from business unit into Technical wise Define application framework and functionality based on company direction and targets as well as to act as a Project Manager to coordinate with all internal parties to ensure of users satisfaction Able to run UAT Test to ensure of smooth online end-to-end user journey and experiences Able to define Market requirement (Problems) and come up with appropriate Product Requirement (Solution) with prioritized features and corresponding justification Manage development vendors and resources, or sourcing if needed Co-work with internal IT to connect with necessary back-end systems and data warehouse for tracking Oversee product development process and make deliverables at good quality on time Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products Qualification: Min aged 35 years old Min 8 years experienced in Ecommerce business preferably in corporate segment Have direct experiences in setting up ecommerce infrastructure from scratch and maintaining system in long term Ability to understand technical knowledge and able to discuss with technical team for finding out the best solution Able to review coding and run UAT test as Super User Strong negotiation and coordination skills in gathering business requirement from all business levels staffs, operations and management A blended person of Digital marketing and Technical knowledge Ability to present and discuss with management Familiar with MRDs/PRDs development process Aggressive, and strong Project management skills Customer centric and services-minded Strong problem solving and attention to detail Hands on and able to work under tight timeline and pressure Fluent in English Key Performance Index: Project/Product delivery on time Application / Platform usability The number of customers The sales targets
