- Main responsibility is to customize or develop programs for ERP Application (AX dynamic) which the tasks consist of studying the functional specification, coding and until testing and to provide DBA (Database Administration).
- The technical consultant is also responsible for administration tasks of ERP Applications such as providing assistance to a help desk support to fix any ERP Application problems.
- Resolving user issues and system maintenance, understanding production work flow and helping users.
- Program design, development and testing new modules or applications as users request.
- ERP Backup data as production requirement.
- Any assignments from Supervisors or Management
