Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
Hire, train, and supervise kitchen staff and other food preparation workers
Supervise kitchen staff- s activities/roster
To liaise with staff in direct support and cooperation with Executive Chef - Central Kitchen
Ensure all company standards are adhered and followed on a day to day basis
Conduct training of standard batch recipes.
Rectify and respond to any arising problems or quality issues.

Qualification;
Thai Nationality Or Asian Expat That Can Speak Thai Diploma or Culinary Certificate Proficient in both spoken and written English At least 5 years of experience in Head Chef Role Minimum of 5 years- experience in Western Cuisine Experience in HACCP / GMP environment Experience in a high volume kitchen such as central kitchen / flight catering or banqueting Computer literate - Microsoft Office
