:
- Responsible for the sales and marketing for driving business revenue performance and development of the new business opportunity.
- Managing sale call/visit plan combined of new prospect customer and existing customers as assigned and also telemarketing sales to approach new prospect customer or regain old and lost customer.
- To drive volume and revenue growth to meet or exceed agreed targets of department and to achieve revenue target
- Managing warehouse space to lease or sell services to customers, suppliers and transport companies
- Consulting customers to monitor the quality of service they are receiving
- Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects and LSA Management
- Conducts one-on-one review with all subordinate to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of the team sales and activity performance.
- Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFQ responses.
- Attend internal meetings, seminars, working groups, provide reports and analysis as required.
- Delivered day to day activities to achieve sales plan/sales revenue.
- Response and follow up sales enquiries from (Customer, sales lead) as well.
- Pipeline update, plan advance sales call as weekly basis & reporting the result of visit to manager.
- Prepare reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Support and cooperate with the other staff for the common goal of developing business.
- Any other duty as may be assigned.
Work place: Myawaddy-Myanmar and Mae Sot-Thailand
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
- Bachelor or master's degree in Business Administration or Logistics - At least 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in the field of Logistics, Warehousing, Freight business and other related business with excellent proven track record - Have experience in International and Domestic Freight are preferable - Good command of English - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Results-driven with past track record evidence of exceeding sales targets - Aggressive sales to boost Freight business - Strong ability to deal with clients in various positions - Have management skill, commercial mindset and able to work independently - Can do attitude, service mind, open-minded, hardworking, high responsibility and good team player - Able to work with others and willing to contribute to team - Able to speak Thai would be an advantage
