We are looking for a qualified Sales Executive to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You are the key point of contact between an organization and its customers, answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products. The work will include, organizing sales visits, demonstrating and presenting products.
Duties of a Sales Executive:
Planning for market growth, mostly in sugar industry and power plant sectors.
To implement the sales activities, visit to each customer.
Responsible for after sale services by deputing supervisors for installation, commissioning and training at local site.
Analyzing and investigating price and promotion plans of competitors.
To negotiate and contact with each manufacturers from Japan, Australia and India.
Analyze marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements.
To assist customer for custom clearance by providing of shipping documents such as BL, invoice, insurance, packing list and etc.
To assist customer for engaging of commercial documents such as contract and payment process.
Checking prices and contracts are up to date.
Reporting monthly sales results to the sales team.
Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
Process orders via email or phone.
Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
Maintain and update sales and customer records.
Develop monthly sales reports.
Stay up-to-date with new products and features.

Requirements for the role:
Male of Female at age in between 25-30. High Vocational Certificate, Bachelor Degree or Higher. Well organization skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time. Ability to priorities own workload. Strong communication skills. Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Office, word, excels, presentation and etc. Sales background. Must be detail oriented. Commanding speaking and writing in English. Japanese speaking and writing are also preferable.
