Qualification
Thai Nationality, Male or Female, age not over 35 years old with good personality
University graduate, with major in Marketing or related field
Min. 3 years of sales management experience in Retail or Department stores channel, preferably in Retail, Fashion and beauty industry with proven sales record
Strong presentation and communication skills
Initiative, dynamic, proactive and highly committed with well-organized and hard-working style
Strong ability to train, coach and motivate all sales staff
Well mature, good human relations and strong leadership
Good at problem solving and strategic thinking
Good computer literacy and reporting skills
Good English communication skill will be an advantage
Has passion to Fashion and Beauty
Own transportation is preferable

Job Description Manage Day to Day operation to ensure that responsible product/Group product is Achieving Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales target. Able to instantly take action to create solution for problems to maintain customers satisfaction on companys services and branding. Coordinate with Corporate Marketing and Merchandising team to develop sales and marketing strategy for product launch to ensure that companys product is competitive comparing with competitors; and to replenish goods to be enough for customers needs. Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth and effective implementation of all sales tasks and related functions Deal with buyers of all department stores, dealers and key accounts Develop seasonal sales promotional strategies/programs to support Department plan and meet financial targets Manage sales force to meet the sales target, standard service quality and maximum productivity Control product loss/damaged percentage not to be over our standard. Managing Aspect Establish the loss prevention strategy and programs Conduct the evaluation of all sales activities and recommend action if necessary Communicate, coach, follow up, evaluate and develop performance of Promoters, Sales Sup. and Sales Representatives to be customer-focused, innovative, fast and team-oriented in their work Manpower management by Create Monthly Roster plan to ensure that department has a sufficient team for servicing customer.
