Responsibilities;
Supervision over general accounting, treasury, internal auditing, principal accounting, budgetary controls and valuation functions.
Development, analysis, and interpretation of statistical and managerial accounting information in order to appraise operating results in terms of profitability, performance against budget, and other matters bearing on the fiscal soundness and operating effectiveness.
Oversee and account for principal practices in accordance with principals agreement.
Develop and maintain the company's system of accounts and utilize automated financial system to ensure the correctness and completeness on all company transactions and assets.
Prepare financial part of Business plan, Monthly Financial forecasting or estimate
Prepare investment planning, monitoring and controlling
Deliver in-sight analysis, identify risk area /opportunity to control operating cost to the Management team
Monitor financial market conditions, world and local economics, interest rates, foreign currencies, etc.
Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances.
Prepare project feasibility on the capital expenditure process to ensure suitable return on investment.
Provide initiatives and recommendations to management on financial process improvement, costs reduction, benchmarking and KPIs.
Proactively plan and lead to ensure profitable growth by providing efficient controlling coverage
Support company in decision making for future business case and new projects as well as identifying opportunities or weak areas for performance improvement
Tax management and planning to be in line with local legal & regulation requirements
Plan and organize work procedure to ensure accurate and timely processing of the general ledger, Fixed Assets, financial report in compliance with the companys policies, and statutory requirements
Supervise and delegate all responsible staff accountants for efficient outcome and effective effort to accomplish accounting objectives

Qualifications/Requirements: Thai nationality only aged 35-45 years old. Bachelor or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics. 10 years experience in Business / Accounting & Finance Controlling At least 8 years of experience in management level At least 5 years finance experience in Insurance / Financial services environment. Good English communication skills and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literate. CPA is a plus Team oriented, good interpersonal and strong leadership skills. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required To be hand on persons and result focus.

Requirement: Bachelor or Masters level degrees, it would be beneficial for the job description to describe candidates who have participated in a CPA (Certified Practicing Accountants) or CA (Chartered Accountants) program or CFA Experience in a similar role at this level of responsibility is require for this position, supported by references from past employers verifying your achievements in the areas specified Strong finance and financial reporting skills are essential Ability to operate at a senior level with a proven track record of strategic thinking A flexible, can-do attitude and prepared to work in any required area Excellent project management and time management abilities Ability to make and deliver presentations Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to manage complex and difficult issues to reduce risk for the team and Company.
