รายละเอียดงาน :
Responsibilities

1.Customer
1.1 Ensure that all employees provide exceptional service to achieve 100% customer satisfaction at all times
1.2 Develop/improve necessary process and systems to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
1.3 Ensure that Restaurant Managers resolve customer complaints in a proper and swift manner.
2.Finance
2.1 Assist in the preparation of annual business plans, e.g. budget, manpower, strategy, training, etc.
2.2 Set sales target of the responsible areas and drive sales to ensure achieve target.
2.3 Evaluate sales trends and take appropriate action plan to close the sales gaps.
2.4 Ensure that all company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to.
2.5 Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports and presentations.
3.Operations
3.1 Ensure that all outlets operate in accordance with the operating standards of procedures and QSC standards.
3.2 Ensure that all Operations manuals are updated.
3.3 Ensure execution of operating standards that optimize returns on assets and increases sales and improves profits.
3.4 Analyze weekly/monthly reports and data on sales, controllable expenses and profit, and take necessary actions in the timely manner to ensure that each restaurant operates profitably and maximizes its resources.
3.5 Ensure that crisis management system is followed as required to maintain efficient operations.
3.6 Lead the team to create, develop and update any related procedures/systems and operational manual.
4.Marketing
4.1 Provide input and advise to the Marketing team on implementing local marketing programmed.
4.2 Evaluate local and domestic market trends, vendors and competitors constantly, ensuring the company’s operations remain competitive.
5.People
5.1 Take appropriate employment actions to ensure sufficient levels of staff and Management or each outlet.
5.2 Ensure that Restaurant Managers strictly follow company guidelines when recruiting, training, and managing their employees.
5.3 Train, coach, counsel and develop all team member to achieve company standards/goals.
5.4 Ensure that outlet employees successfully complete necessary training as required.
5.5 Maximize employee productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible rostering to meet the business goals as well as customer expectations.
5.6 Utilize communication process to ensure that all employees are aware of their expectations and performance standards.
5.7 Conducts annual Performance Appraisal in their professional development goals, and ensures that they in turn conduct annual Performance Appraisal with their employees.
6.Other Duties
6.1 Adhere to the company’s employee rules & regulations.
6.2 Attend and contribute to all training sessions, meetings and activities as required.
6.3 Exercises responsible management and behavior at all times, positively representing
6.4 Maintains strong, professional relationship with relevant business partners.
6.5 Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
6.6 Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.


คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :

• Excellent knowledge and experience in food/retail business.
• Good experience with budgeting, P&L statement, capital expenditures and forecasting.
• Good knowledge of food safety.
• Strong skills in driving for results.
• Strong skills in people management and development.
• Education: Minimum bachelor degree in Business Management or any related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in management of multi-store operations.
