1. Trainer for all courses for the Training (NIB and LIB)
2. Manage cost efficiency of your training initiatives and comply to training budgets
3.To support in the design and develop training programs, teaching and training methods
4.Keep training record in the system and monitor for performance, training tracking reports.
5.Partner with other Key Functions within the business to assure alignment of your content and create learning
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
1.Male/Female age 25 35 years old. 2.Bachelors Degree Masters Degree in Education, Business Administration, or others. 3.Have at least 2-3 years of experience as an insurance trainer or have experience in organizing courses to prepare for License exam or have sales experience in the insurance industry. 4.Have good computer (MS Office) and English skills.
