Develop, recommend, and execute impactful annual & seasonal local marketing & communications plan for Retail, Outlet & Ecommerce that align with overall brand strategies and achieve specific performance metrics
Create seasonal planning strategies
Analyze marketing initiative performance against set objectives and KPIs to draw implications for future programs
Develop impactful media plan across traditional & digital. Analyze and drive media performance across all mediums; manage media agency relationship to drive KPIs and optimize media spend and performance
Pitch new ideas to generate stories with key editors while maintaining strong relationships
Customer databasemanagement including ongoing maintenance and regular database updates for better customer insight.
Conceptualize, manage and execute press & customer events in cooperation with store network and key organization functions to create brand awareness and maximize commercial success.
Contribute to business reviews as marketing & communications lead
Provide program recaps to evaluate KPI's and ROI, ensure budget adherence, and inform future strategies
Manage marketing & communications budget to ensure spend is maximize

Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field Minimum 4-5 years working experience in trade marketing and marketing or business development field with minimum 2 years of previous sales management position in multicultural environment Background experience in luxury retail business/fashion accessory Excellent English/Thai skills (Speaking and Writing) Computer literacy, strong in Excel and PowerPoint Good interpersonal & communication skills Self-starter and work as a team Cando attitude
