Responsible for Co-Packing operation of ABBOTT
Control and manage labor for productivity achieve
Coordinate with other department for smoothly production
Supervise to operation team for all improvement about ABBOTT co-packing
Conduct the subcontractors to archive quality, productivity and time line
Improve process, productivity and capacity of Co-Packing operations
Responsible to solve problem and report to client
Cost &Revenue; analysis based on data record and P&L
Create quotation proposal by calculation with margin markup
Manage cost of labor and material cost
Material purchasing order request
Manage subcontractor for labor to comply warehouse policy, safety and quality policy.
Create subcontractors contract and renew contract (contract bidding by procurement)
Create Business Case for investment project with financial data
Develop SOP for VAS operations relate client agreement and quality control
Plans and prepares production schedules for VAS :schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each VAS operation to meet target date
Analyzes production specifications and VAS capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine VAS processes and tools
Conduct the productivity improvement, work capability, capacity and process improvement

- Masters degree in Industrial Engineering - Experience in supply chain management and Business Development - Analogical and interpersonal skills - Computer proficiency, on Microsoft Office
