- Provide day-to-day hands on support for purchasing job
- Coordinate with Administration Department to purchase direct and non-direct materials
- Coordinate with Finance Department in reimbursement process
- Contact and follow up with suppliers
- Prepare summary report to superior
- To support ad-hock job related tasks such as documentation and filing
- Carries out all tasks as directed by the Employee Relations Specialist

- Candidate must possess at least a Senior High School diploma - At least 1 year of experience in purchasing - Service minded - Strong negotiation and interpersonal skill - Able to use in operating of Microsoft office program - Good command of written and spoken English - Trustworthy and can work independently - Ability to multitask and establish priorities - Exhibit initiative, responsibility and flexibility - Be able to work on shift
