- Responsible for managing, planning and developing recruitment function.
- Handle employee hiring process in compliance with business requirement
- Deploy appropriate sourcing methodology to source right candidates for various jobs in a speedy and cost-effective manner to ensure the selection process is effective.
- Update record of hiring on dashboard, monitor and expedite recruitment process to support business needs effectively.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
- Bachelor's Degree in Political Science/Human Resources or related field. - 3 years experience in Recruitment at least 1 years experience in Recruit Management within Call Center or Insurance business would be advantage. - Possess "can do" attitude plus good analytical skills and able to work under pressure in dealing with demands and priorities with positive. - Posses good human relations, good planning, leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
