Responsibilities:
Initiate a comprehensive engagement planning/strategy and implement them with the right communications approaches and ideas on the objective of driving greater customer engagement and strengthening corporate brand
Develop and implement engagement strategy with relevant and appropriate communications Omni-channels to drive engagement effectiveness and to impactful reach potential customers
Study and understand profiles and behaviors of communications audience for accurate engagement planning/strategy
Collaborate across departments, business partners, and external agencies to deliver and ensure effectiveness of communications engagement planning to meet the business objectives
Keep track of day-to-day communications channels at local and nationwide levels to collect comments and feedbacks from customers for further analysis and strategic and tactical actions
Prepare and compile reports evaluating ROI of each platform of communications channels for engagement planning
Undertake related activities as required

Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Marketing, MIS, Business Computer or related fields Fresh graduates acceptable to 3 years of working experience in Digital Marketing/Online Marketing Strong in the following skills: - flexibility, strategic thinking, visionary, passion, project management, interpersonal, and presentation skills Experience in Web Programming (e.g. PHP and Html), well understanding Database Management and Systems Integration Computer literacy: Microsoft Office Programs
