Assess Employee Needs
1. Confers with management, supervisors and employees to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations and business initiatives.
2. Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
3. Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path.
Design Training Plans
1. Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans.
2. Formulates teaching outlines and determine instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings and workshops.
3. design training regimes to help employees overcome any current weaknesses and teach additional skills
4. Conducts training sessions covering specified areas such as on-the-job training, interpersonal skills, quality & process issues, and product knowledge.
5. Desired principles and skills are being taught in the most learnable ways possible.
6. Design orientation program.
7. Designs and delivers training programs for customer service staff.
8. Provide leadership development education.
9. Prepare and implement training budget.
Research Training Methods
1. Selects or develops teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference workshops.
2. Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
Evaluate Results of Employee Training
1. Tests trainees to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of before and after training.
2. Reports on progress of employees under guidance during training periods and maintain trainee records.
3. Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results.
4. Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior.

1. Male or Female, Age 30 - 40 years old 2. Minimum 5 years experience in training 3. Minimum 3 years of multi-unit management experience preferably in restaurant chain or retail business 4. Good Command at English (reading, speaking, listening, and writing) with TOEIC 550 up, if possible 5. Excellent in MS Office skills (word, excel, powerpoint and computer literacy) 6. Good personality with people management skills. 7. Able to travel to stores for training purposes occasionally.
