Training Implementation
1. Conduct registration and orientation for training participants before starting training courses
2. Control 3rd parties quality e.g. coffee break, transportation, hotel, lunch smoothly and find out the way to improve satisfaction
3. Manage facilities and training room to implement training course
4. Manage participation rate of training course high and correct necessary information to take corrective action to improve participation rate
5. Responsible all miscellaneous jobs as an administrator of training implementation
Project and Other Activities
1. Support division project such as develop training managements
2. Handle special project and activities to support training course
3. Create SOP and operation flow to improve current operations
4. Conduct team building activities to improve a routine job
5. Making reports or manuals as per assigned from the training team
6. Performs other duties as per assigned from the training team
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
1. Male or Female, Thai Nationality, Age 21-28 years old 2. Training Coordinator Experience is preferable (1-2 years of experience) 3. Bachelors Degree in Social Science, Business Administration, Arts, Humanities or any other related fields 4. Good Command at English (reading, speaking, listening, and writing) with TOEIC 550 up, if possible 5. Excellent in MS Office skills (word, excel, powerpoint and computer literacy) 6. Able to travel to stores for training purposes occasionally.
