1. Monitor and Control HRM and HRD all function including payroll, recruitment,
training, performance evaluation, compensation and benefit, rules and
regulations, labor relation and etc.
2. Monitor and Control GA all function such as manage of all administrative issues
includes company license, certificate, BOD meeting, AGM/EGM, manage all office
supply, manage all insurance, contact with outside organizations such as
Government Dept. and etc.
3. Monitor and Control Occupational Health and Environmental Safety Department.
4. Facility management of office (Except Factory area).
5. Safety management.
6. Monitor and Control IT function.
7. Control secretarial work for management.
8. Other job that assigned from supervisor

At least 10 years experiences in overall HR and GA functions at the middle up to large size company (over 200 Employees) with at least 5 years in managerial level. 4. Good command of written and spoken English. 5. Strong knowledge in Labor Laws and have team leader, coaching and managing skill.
