The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for the daily sales efforts and is responsible for the overall positioning of the all products, brand communication and the development of customers. In addition, the DOSM is responsible for preparing and meeting budget, forecast, and optimal business mix targets. Strategies will include pricing, direct sales, market mix, marketing, and public relations. Furthermore, the DOSM is to oversee the companys key accounts and the development of the companys EarthCare programme personally.

Knowledge and skills: Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the sales/marketing/hospitality profession Command of the English language both written and verbal Strong media, presentation and computer skills Excellent communicator and demanding, yet fair team leader Experience: Minimum five years of sales and marketing in the travel business or the hotel industry Qualifications: Minimum of bachelors degree in related area Proven success record in the Sales & Marketing industry
