Job summary
To design store and promotional event layout, manage fixture/equipment and ensure the installation of all designs to be on time with skill to communicate within and outside team
General responsibilities:
Design shops
To design stores, promotional and other sale events of all brands (Levis, Dockers, Famous Amos, CLM and all assigned brands)
Coordination and Communication
To coordinate, communicate, monitor and schedule with sale department, landlord, each reginal brand team and contractor to maintain good relationship to finalize store designs and store completion
Manage fixture asset
To ensure the quantity of fixture is aligned with quantity of Store and promotional events and arrange write-off activity. To overlook fixture condition and arrange maintenance when it is possible under budget consideration.

Leadership responsibilities Guide team to ensure effective delivery of teams goals Drive learning and development of team in the area of Store Development/Store Design and DKSH behavior to achieve team/function goals Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Store Development/Store Design and DKSH behavior as part of continuous learning Functional skills and knowledge Good knowledge in store design and event set-up procedure (especially within mall and department store) Basic skill in design software (3Dmax, AutoCAD, Corel Draw) Ability to decide and solve on-site problem Be Able to work night hour (occasionally) Travel within province and upcountry and abroad Fluency in in English, both written and spoken Soft skills Communicator High responsibility and disciplinary Meet deadline and on schedule Education
Bachelors Degree in interior design, Architecture or related field. At least 1 year experience in shops design within Department Store and experience in design and decorate the shop; 3DMax, photoshop, illustrator and other related design program are required Work experience At least 1 year experience in shops design within Department Store and experience in design and decorate the shop or related field, Working with shopping mall will be considered.
