Create machine maintenance history record from Population machine for manage PM machine customer

Manage, coach technicians to achieve of their development skill planning.
Cultivate and improve the QSOL ,5S, Safety & environment and 6sigma culture to the team.
Leadership responsibilities Guide team to ensure effective delivery of teams goals Drive and manage learning and development of team in the area of Technical Service and DKSH behaviors to achieve team/function goals Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Technical Service and DKSH behaviors as part of continuous learning Functional skills and knowledge Demonstrate working knowledge in Heavy engine, Construction engine, Marine engine and Generator and electricity Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Having experience in engineering software or another related program is required or would be advantageous Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken Soft skills Good interpersonal and communication skills Strong leadership skills, Planning and Negotiation skills. Proactive, focus on results oriented and good attitude of works. People Management Skill Good command in English Completion of training in safety program is highly desirable Able to work in Leamchabang Branch Education Bachelor or higher in Mechanical engineering or Electrical Engineering or related field. Work experience At least 5 years of working experience especially in vehicle Preventive Maintenance and Repairs Must have at least 2 experience for Service supervisory level
